Vegan Spinach Quiche

This is an amazing recipe. I made a homemade crust instead of buying a premade one. I also only used a pinch of Daiya because that's all I had and about 1 teaspoon of nutmeg instead of a 'pinch' and it tasted really good. Here's the link right here.
